Irrigation Easy guarantee that all products published on our website are 100% authentic. All products are either directly imported from International brand manufacturers or outsourced from only the authorised local brand distributors in New Zealand
In case any of our purchased products has a manufacturer defect, please notify us within 3 days of the purchase date (and please send us picture as proof of defect ). SmartZone Trading and Rain Irrigation replace or repair such falut issue and manufacturer defects which are included under our manufacturer warranty.
Payments Methods
Irrigation Easy accepts famous online payments methods using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards, as well as bank deposit and on-account payments if applicable. All transactions will be in New Zealand dollars.
Our website's payment provider is secured and protected by SSL certificates and complies with PCI standards and ll payment details will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. As a cardholder please retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant Policies.

All prices displayed in our website are in New Zealand dollars and are Including of GST. Irrigation Easy reserves the right to change prices at any time
Shipping and Delivery
Freight charges are free for orders above $100 excluding GST for deliveries within New Zealand excluding some heavy weight selected products. For orders with amount below $100, a standard flat rate for handling and shipping is $13.50 and excluding GST, which will be automatically calculated and included with your total to pay at confirmation of your order at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the products you ordered and availability and the location of delivery, but it is expected to be between 2 to 5 working days ( for New Zealand addresses and exclude rural delivery addresses and this will dependent on your rural delivery service available, Please note these ETA times may change to 3 -10 working days during covid alert levels which is totally beyond our control.
Return Policy
Irrigation Easy will do all the best to assist customers who wish to return, or exchange goods purchased in error.
Returns of new and unused Products will be accepted within 7 days from the date of packing slip. Good purchased must be in original brand-new condition – clean, complete, undamaged, and unused. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is obvious the above conditions have not been met.
The original freight charges will be non-refundable.
